I'm back on blogger....

A long time ago I used to write a fishing blog on Blogspot. There were a few of us that did this and eventually some of us decided to get together. A few trips were arranged and some great memories were made. None of us were that serious or "proffesional" as anglers but we all shared a passion for it, most of us since our early youth,  and bounced lots ideas off each other as we progressed along the path learning as we went. 

 These days I tend to stick to Facebook groups as I always found blogspot a bit of a chore to use back then and eventually I switched to writing myblog over on the dreaded facebook. However, I do sometimes miss the interaction I got from people on blogspot and for some reason the thought popped into my head to see what the app was line nowadays. I downloaded it earlier today but unfortunately I can't figure out how to link my old account to it at the moment ( I probably can't remember the password anyway 🤷‍♂️) so I am starting it again. If I manage to figure out linking the old one I will. 

In the meantime here's some old pictures of my first significant fish. My first tench and first barbel back in the mid eighties. 

I currently struggling to catch tench on my local, hopefully the barbel fishing will be kinder to me in a few weeks time 👍
